This past winter I was on the office committee in charge of planning our holiday party. Aside from hiring a caterer, we felt hiring a bartender was very imporant to the success of our party. Thomas was recommended to us by coworkers who frequent a bar where he is employed. After a few phone conversations we decided to hire him for the party. He did an incredible job, making sure everything went exceptionally smooth. He made certain everyone enjoyed their Drinks, and took many special requests. Also he designed a speciality cocktail menu for the evening, that included alcoholic versions of holiday favourites, like hot apple cider totties and white chocolate martinis. Our party was held at our company offices, but Thomas came through again with a portable Bar on wheels with an ice bin. I did feel that the $350 he changed was a bit pricey considering our party was only 4 Hrs long, with about 70 people. But considering many of us forgot to bring cash to tip, it basically balanced out. Thomas did an exceptional job and was extremely professional and personable. I would recommended his services and expertise to anyone looking for a bartender to work a private event.

Thomas was a very professional and knowledgeable bartender that made my parents 25th Anniversary a huge hit. Everyone loved his custom cocktail list, and his lovely assistant Grace. Tom performed an exceptional service at an exceptional price. I would definately hire him again
