Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: You deserve to have the knowledge to heal yourself through food and have your beauty shine its brightest. As a certified nutritionist, herbalist and holistic chef, I work with clients like you, to teach them how to heal themselves with food. I do this through personal nutrition programs, healthy in-home cooking lessons, ongoing health coaching and small group workshops. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to get to know you better and all of my full consultations and health packages come with a bloodwork analysis, recommended foods, recipes and customized herbal medicine formulas. I have worked with clients on digestion problems, weight-loss, blood sugar balancing, hormone-balancing, skin issues, detoxification, sleep issues and much much more. I founded Dance to the Beet because I had a driving passion to connect with people like you and show you how a healthy lifestyle can be fun, sexy and delicious. I believe that life should be a celebration of all that makes you unique, so I spend a lot of time in the kitchen creating recipes to help fuel your beautiful soul...often-times while dancing in the process (because I think a little rhythm makes everything taste better). I love that I have the ability to create a safe space for my clients to openly discuss their health issues, and find solutions that will work with their lifestyle. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and I welcome the opportunity to create a custom nutrition programs to help you reach your health goals.

Best nutritionist in San Diego for natural and healthy foods, especially if you are thinking of becoming a vegan or vegetarian! Basically, I was a bachelor and I needed guidance for grocery shopping, meal prep and did one of her cooking classes focused on smoothies and juicing - was geared to yogis/athletes (pre and post workouts). I was taken to People's in Ocean Beach for a one hour tour (place is all vegetarian), and I learned the best things to pick out from each isle. She also treated me to a salad in their cafe, and told me what salad bar items pack the best nutrition (I was focusing on slowly eating less meat and just making sure I was getting good protein). My work is hiring her for our corporate wellness program based on her dietician background and nutritionist certification...sweet! She has awesome teas too, they cleanse you out ;)
