- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because our strategies are customized for each client, so is our pricing. That said, we do offer a complimentary consultation to see if we're a good fit for your marketing and PR needs. Typical engagements can range from $500 for a one-time project to over $20,000 per month for ongoing consulting and execution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each and every client we work with is unique and so are the strategies we craft for their businesses. When working with a new client, we want to make sure that it's the right fit.. on both ends. That's why we like to start with an in-person meeting to get to know one another on a more personal level. We believe that in order to make marketing magic, we need to truly understand your business goals and what better way to do that than to meet face-to-face so we can see the passion you have for your work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
San Diego Marketing Consultants was founded by Katie Fellenz, a veteran digital marketer with over a decade of brand, digital, PR and agency experience. Mrs. Fellenz is Google AdWords, Analytics and Hubspot certified and her work has been nationally recognized by the U.S. Search Awards, the Webbys and numerous other industry organizations. Additionally, our team of marketing consultants have worked with businesses of all sizes from startups to sole proprietors to national and even international companies.
