I've purchased two properties with Stephanie and Ingenuity Realty. She really goes the extra mile and truly believes in helping her clients achieve the American dream: owning their own home!
She negotiated a fair compromise on my second property when the seller refused to budge on home inspection results and remedies. Without her expert advice and knowledge, I would have been stuck eating the entire $5k if I really wanted the property. Instead, she negotiated a fair compromise with the seller's agent and we closed on time.
