In 2016, a new job resulted in a killer commute, so I decided to move to save my sanity. Mark was a god-send! He helped me isolate the neighborhoods that fit my desires and budget, found a great mortgage broker, and sent me lots of property profiles that matched my specifications. When it was time to visit properties, he was on time, knowledgeable, and helpful. While I was "oooh"-ing over the cabinets, he was checking the electrical and inspecting the heating unit. He was more like a friend looking out for my best interest rather than a salesperson trying to finalize a deal. We put an offer on my first choice and got accepted. Mark kept me updated on progress, scheduled all the inspections, and we closed in 30 days, drama-free! I'm know there were hiccups along the way, but Mark handled them and made sure I had the easiest experience possible. Thank you!

Mark has always been super attentive and proactive. I have been able to rely on him from everything to finding potential homes to thorough explanations of all the paperwork involved. He made my first time home buying experience seamless. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mark was great! He was a referral from a good friend who works in the mortgage industry, and met every expectation! We were looking for a house on short notice(my mother's place got sold out from under her), and he was quick to learn and respond to what she was looking for and not looking for. Was willing to take the time to answer questions so they were understood.
Highly recommend!
