About this pro
I understand that, generally speaking, going to "the gym" on your own on regular basis can be difficult - if not close to impossible. We all have busy lives with spouses, kids and work. Finding the time to go to the gym and get an effective workout can be elusive. I understand there's more to life than just the gym, and with this understanding, we'll be able to connect more thoroughly, which in turn can deliver faster, more effective results in less time. After all, training is absolutely worth it when it delivers a feeling of increased confidence, increased mobility, a sense of accomplishment and many others. You'll be training at my private, boutique-style personal training facility that is 100% free of the 'corporate gym' nonsense. There are no memberships or fees associated with the training, and the facility is easy to get to from all areas of San Diego. As a trainer for over 15 years, I understand that personal training is more than just about weight loss, toning and muscle gain. It's about feeling more confident, being healthier and developing - and maintaining- better habits, all while keeping your life enjoyable!
Customers rated this pro highly for punctuality, value, and responsiveness.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rates depend on the duration of our session (30/60 minutes), how many times per week we see each other, and how long you commit to the training program. I truly want to help people reach their goals and change their lives and I don’t want cost to be a hindrance. So, I provide a variety of payment plans to accommodate everyone’s budget. When we meet for your free consultation, I will share with you all of my options so you have the ability to work with a trainer on a payment plan that fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For each new potential client, I offer a free one hour consultation. During this process we will discuss your goals, nutritional habits, you can view my private facility, and I can answer any questions you may have. Also, This will allow you to get to know me, my training style and to make sure that we are a good fit. It provides me a great opportunity to see what will be best for you moving forward to get the most effective results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated with honors from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s of science degree in Kinesiology (study of human movement) and Nutrition. Certifications: 1) National Strength & Conditioning Association: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA- CSCS) 2) American College of Sports Medicine: Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM- CPT) 3) National Academy of Sports Medicine: Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM- CES) 4) National Academy of Sports Medicine: Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM- PES) 5) American Heart Association: First Aid, CPR, and AED certified.
