About this pro
Rich has been great, very knowledgeable and professional.Aug 16, 2018Verified
When I started training with Rich I was recovering from a torn ligament in my foot. In our sessions Rich ensured my foot was able to heal/grow stronger while still maximing my workout. Rich is able to be flexible around my variable schedule and I feel healthier since training with him. I'd recommend Rich to anyone looking for a personal trainer.Aug 3, 2018VerifiedRichard N.'s reply

Thank you so much Vivian that means a lot!
Wish I had bitten the bullet years ago and hired Rich. He has not only created a unique experience in each session we've had, but he has also gotten me "out of my head" to be confident and comfortable with every machine, weight and exercise I am doing. In each workout he has ensured I'm focussed and working my entire body so that I'm stronger overall. On top of all of that, I look forward to each session as he drives and motivates me further which is exactly what I wanted from this. Major Thanks to You Rich!Jul 17, 2018VerifiedRichard N.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rates depend on the duration of our session (30/60 minutes), how many times per week we see each other, and how long you commit to the training program. I truly want to help people reach their goals and change their lives and I don’t want cost to be a hindrance. So, I provide a variety of payment plans to accommodate everyone’s budget. When we meet for your free consultation, I will share with you all of my options so you have the ability to work with a trainer on a payment plan that fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For each new potential client, I offer a free one hour consultation. During this process we will discuss your goals, nutritional habits, you can view my private facility, and I can answer any questions you may have. Also, This will allow you to get to know me, my training style and to make sure that we are a good fit. It provides me a great opportunity to see what will be best for you moving forward to get the most effective results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated with honors from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s of science degree in Kinesiology (study of human movement) and Nutrition.
