although every effort is made to ensure on-time arrival on occasion some unforeseen delay pops up. I sincerely apologize that you were unhappy and to express that I did extend a 50% discount if you would consider using me that day or in the future. However you declined my offer. I did learn something that I had not known, when sending messages to the customer on the Thumbtack app, it goes to the client as an email. I thought it went to their telephone like I received them. Thank you that will help me in the future when contacting clients. I am a little concerned about receiving a review when you did not receive my services, as you mark me as hired after you turned me away? Just didn't quite understand that sorry you had a negative experience with me and hopefully you'll have a positive one with another Thumbtack Pro!!
