- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our most popular package is $400 for a one-hour session which includes 100+ edited photos in a virtual gallery with unlimited downloads for you. For weddings, we offer several packages and can fit within most budgets! Our most popular booking is $1,600 for four hours of coverage (we make sure the most important moments of the day get captured) and 300+ edited photos in a virtual gallery included. We are happy to tailor any package to what works best for you, and we do offer discounts periodically. Feel free to contact us at any time to ask about ongoing discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know you and what you're looking for before your session. After the signing of the contract and completion of the deposit, we typically schedule a 30-minute phone call to get to know you. Depending on the event, we can discuss the timeline, the type of photographs you'd really like to capture, and anything else! The week before the photoshoot, we typically collect the remaining balance for your session and confirm the details. This should be a fun experience from start to finish, and we work hard to always be available to you for questions or concerns. After your photography session, our processing period for one to two hour shoots is about two to three weeks. For weddings, our processing time is typically four to six weeks. During this time we'll send you sneak peeks to help make the wait a little easier. :) The completed gallery is delivered via an online digital album. we'll email you the gallery link along with your own password. You can share this with your family and friends, download unlimited photos, and get them printed through me or on your own if you like.
