Introduction: I am a fitness and basketball trainer. I love fitness and helping people reach their goals. I teach my athletes to become confident in their game and their body. Not only do I teach them to play the game but I teach my athletes to think the game at a high level. Basketball, weight training, speed, agility and conditioning in general are enjoyable and I want to share that joy with others! My goal is to assure that my athletes are learning, growing, working hard and most importantly having fun. I have worked with boys, girls, men and women of all ages on accomplishing their goals. I played Division 1 college basketball and I currently play professionally in Europe so I understand what it takes to reach the next level. I enjoy being able to see improvements in others and help them reach their fitness goals. Progress on any level is a great feeling. Using your gifts and talents and sharing it with others is what it's all about. Let's accomplish our goals and live a fit and healthy lifestyle! My prices vary depending on the location and length of the training for individuals and groups.

I am so happy we found All In Basketball Training! Coach Kristen is wonderful! She is highly skilled, professional, and patient. My daughter is in high school basketball and has been training with Kristen for some time now. My daughter has learned so much from Kristen and comes home pumped and excited to practice all the new skills and lessons she learns from her each week. More importantly, she’s excited to show off all her new skills on the basketball court! My 13 year-old daughter had little to no basketball experience when she got to Kristen. Within two sessions, she took my daughter from a novice to looking and moving like a real player. The overall results were phenomenal too. My daughter now plays organized basketball and looks like an entirely different human to her classmates as far as basketball goes. Kristen made skills training fun. Best of all she's trustworthy and humble. She's a professional basketball player and trainer who is firm on quality skills training, while simultaneously exercising great patience and enthusiasm.

Kristen did a great job with my 11 year old daughter who was visiting from the Midwest. Kristen was able to adapt to my daughter’s personality. They worked on fundamentals, conditioning and bball IQ. If my daughter was with me full time I would have definitely continued with the private sessions. With that said, my daughter was very receptive with Kristen’s coaching and teaching style. She said that Kristen has been the best BBall teacher this far. Kristen has the ability to explain drills and situations in a way where my daughter understands. Kristen not only trains, but builds a relationship with her student. She also checks in on my daughter. I would definitely recommend Kristen!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I travel to you there is a $10.00 + travel fee depending on the distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I have a phone conversation first to get the goals of the client, allow them to get to know me a bit and then set up a time to train. From there we get right to work at our first training session.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have played basketball all my life so I started working basketball camps and from there began training. I got a thrill out of seeing kids improve and it was so much fun for me and them that I continued to pursue the training avenue.
