Introduction: I am well-versed in many areas of athletics. I have trained children as young as 10 years old, women looking to lose weight, the elite athlete looking to take his/ her abilities to the next level, and men who just want bigger muscles. I myself, am a crossfit competitor who practices what I preach. I have an understanding of nutrition, so any questions you may have, I can generally answer them. I am down to earth and love interacting with the public. I have seen first hand what exercise can do for the mind and body.

I was getting ready for an Ironman last year and needed to build on my Stamina and upper body strength. I was referred from a family friend to give Lindsey a try. Upon first meeting her and seeing her physic, I knew she was in excellent shape and was immediately ready to give her a shot. Within ; months of training, I lost 16 pounds and gained 8 in muscle! My strength had increased 30% across my staple exercises and I was able to hold more air in my lungs for my races. I can’t say enough about how happy I am to train with Lindsey to this day. I’m proud to say I’m on my 3rd Ironman and I feel and look better than ever!
