Making sure I understand my customer needs. Agree on menu and price. Deliver a stress-free party.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learning my mum and dad cuisine since I was a child, Training/working in high end restaurants in Nice, London and San Francisco. Learning different cuisine, Italian, Caribbean, Mexican... Cooking classes in Morocco, Mexico....
