I put a lot of attention to my clients' needs and always provide a high-end food and service for corporate clients I have like Goldman Sachs, Eventbrite, Wework, JP Morgan... or a private dinner for just a few people. Being from Nice, in the south of France, I love going to the market to chose my products and put in practice what I already know, the recipes I know and the techniques I know. I also enjoy learning about new ingredients, their origins and beneficial properties and making experiments. Marlene was our chef in south of france. She made family style meals for 13 people. She did a great job and asked her to contact me whenever she visits the bay area.

I have been working with Marlène and her company Blue pudding for over 3 years now. Her company providing delicious food, most of the time Canapés for up to 100 of my clients. I run bespoke Wine tastings all around London and I trust Marlène for her creativity, she always surprise everyone with new flavours, and she can also adapt her recipes for my clients intolerant to gluten, milk...My clients are so happy that they hire her for their own private party. I have heard just good from Garden parties for birthdays, or BBQ parties. I won't stop recommend her cuisine!
