Worked with Teddy and Ana on our apartment and they really did a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. There aren't many designers who can get work done with a 2K budget. Ana was a color expert and explained how different lighting would change the hue of certain colors. We were afraid of dark colors but are so happy with the color she helped us pick out. Teddy really helped us reuse our existing furniture and added a few new things that made the space feel entirely new. Their team also came in and did the furniture assembly, painting, and lighting installation. We liked that we could pay online and the entire process was so easy. Great communication. If you're looking for a no nonsense experience with a great result definitely give them a call.

I was referred to Design Friend by a girlfriend of mine. I've been wearing the same clothes for almost 15 years. Embarrassing, I know. So I was in desperate need of a wardrobe update, but didn't want to feel pressured to buy expensive clothes by the personal shoppers at the department stores. I was so happy with the looks Roberto provided me. He really listened to me, was very knowledgable about what kinds of clothes fit my body type, and gave me great tips to find online deals and pointed me to stores that fit my personal style. He was incredibly professional, did not pressure me to buy anything, and was more affordable then I thought. Teddy turned my dream into reality! I knew what I wanted and he knew how to get it done fast and at a fairly reasonable price. I wanted a retro 1950's/Mad Men themed living space and he delivered! He even helped me plan little soirée to show it off when it was finished!

Had a wonderful experience working with Roberto at Design Friend. After an initial consultation he came over and we shopped online for three hours. In addition to having great taste, Roberto helped quickly navigate the brands and designers that best suited my personality. Working with him was a huge timesaver, not to mention lots of fun. My wardrobe is finally starting to feel complete. I don't open my closet and say there's nothing to wear anymore. He really listened to me and didn't push any styles or trends on me. I really feel like my new wardrobe reflects me.

Design Friend charges by the hour, with an hourly breakdown of services rendered. We strive to have complete transparency throughout the entire process from start to finish. All designer discounts are passed directly to the client.
