As a guy, I understand how it feels to be judged by your height, weight, looks or body image.
I used to be a skinny, 120-pounds shy high school kid. I was unpopular and really wanted to change my image. So I dedicated a lot of my time to fitness and health. Flash forward, I gained 50 pounds of lean muscle and said goodbye to being single.
Along the way, I also helped hundreds of guys change their lives by improving their physiques - Guys who were afraid of going on dates because they weren't "tall" or "fit" enough; guys who didn't want to voice their opinion at school or work because they were shy or afraid of being "judged".
Now, I really enjoy working with guys to improve their self image and change the way they feel about their body.
