I was unpopular and really wanted to change my image. So I dedicated a lot of my time to fitness and health. Flash forward, I gained 50 pounds of lean muscle and said goodbye to being single. Along the way, I also helped hundreds of guys change their lives by improving their physiques - Guys who were afraid of going on dates because they weren't "tall" or "fit" enough; guys who didn't want to voice their opinion at school or work because they were shy or afraid of being "judged". Now, I really enjoy working with guys to improve their self image and change the way they feel about their body.

I just finished my 5th month with Steve Chen, and I very much recommend him to you if you want to get in the best shape of your life. I originally sought Steve out to help me put on muscle and drop some fat around my ab region. Started from our initial consultation, Steve really took the time to understand my goals, interests, and motivation so that he could design a fitness coaching program that would get me shredded. I'm really grateful and appreciate how attentive Steve is during our sessions, he always fix my form and give me extra insight about the exercises we are doing. I love that Steve goes beyond simply leading me through his recommended exercises, but actually makes an effort to explain to me WHY do those workouts! Steve is incredibly fun to work with, he always keeps me on track too. I've managed to feel stronger, gain muscle AND look leaner in the mirror in the past 5 months. Thanks Steve!!!

Steven and I trained together over the course of several months. His passion and dedication towards fitness, training and nutrition was very inspirational to me. I struggled with weight management for a long time, Steven made sure to check with me periodically to make sure I was making progress. I was inspired by his positive energy and passion, and I am sure he will treat every client of his best efforts.
