A little bit of a background - I am a full time working mom and had moved into our current place a year ago. We weren’t using the ‘other’ half of the house at all which soon turned into a place we would dump our ‘excess’ stuff. I hired Madison to come help me declutter and organize the room for my toddler boy to move into and start using as his space. Madison and Leti were on time - early in fact. I loved that! Madison is very insightful and has your best interest in heart. She gave me some amazing tips to approach the spaces in my house differently and come up with systems that would stick and sustain. I could see results the very same day! My husband and son are proud of how the space turned out so much that they started following the ‘rules’ even without me having to enforce it. It was a win win win all around. I will definitely have Madison back to help me reorganize my kitchen and other spaces around the house. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I do an initial assessment so client can meet me, ask questions and together we can determine the scope and an estimate of hours for the project. For short term projects I begin immediately, for long term projects a contract is drawn up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a concierge for 10 years so I'm great at sourcing, networking and finding vendors and information quickly
