Those days when your not feeling up to training, are actually the days that your body & mind needs it the most especially if your feeling stressed from everyday life, you have to release your energy in a positive way to build a stronger mind & body, If you can continue to train under difficult circumstances.. There's nothing you can't achieve Goodby stress! With that said Iris, you owe me 20 push ups, 20 bar lunges & 10 burpies all in 1 set on Friday. Easy! lol

Your strength level & endurance have significantly gotten stronger each time we train. When we trained at the gym last week you guys didn't have any problems adjusting from the outdoor training to the gym. Excellent job! Keep up the good work!
James was professional and effective. He came prepared with weights, a training bar, a platform, ropes and other equipment. He was easy to communicate with and I appreciated that he checked in with me about my training goals prior to our first session. Our training was both fun and challenging. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always offer a small package with a free session so I can get to know my client & establish a trust and introduce to them the kind of fitness training that I do. I do my best to accommodate my client with a reasonable rate so that both sides will be happy and be comfortable to work with each other.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Taking the time to get to know your client, establish & evaluate their fitness goals and do the best that I can to help them in every way possible achieve their fitness goals and show them new ways to train the right way, so they can get stronger & develop confidence in there ablity to workout.
