I rarely feel compelled to write reviews but Uncle Joe's Pet Care deserves to be noted as providing excellent service and support. Joe recently cared for our two cats while we were on vacation, and we had a great experience! He was very thorough in getting all the care details during the initial meet and greet, and instantly bonded with our furry buddies. They have a few special needs, like for example feeding always needs to be supervised because otherwise the alpha cat would eat both portions. We felt very comfortable leaving our two sweeties in Joe's care and we were not disappointed. As we could see and hear from Joe's frequent updates, they were happy and relaxed during our absence. It's also comforting to know that Uncle Joe's is insured and bonded. Joe is not only very professional, and knows a ton about pet care (ask him about nutrition!), he is also someone who truly loves cats. I'm so happy we found him, and I highly recommend Uncle Joe's Pet Care. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I am so happy to have found Uncle Joe. In fact he is currently looking after my cats while I am away! I am usually very uncomfortable having anyone in my house, especially when I'm gone, but I feel none of that with Joe. He sends me a photo and quick update each time he visits which really sets my mind at ease. He also offers to bring in mail, water plants, and other extras which is really nice. His prices are very reasonable and he even offers a price break if you buy a "package" of visits, which is great for frequent travelers or a long trip. He was incredibly thorough during our first meeting, getting a ton of info and background. He is a natural, a true animal lover, and really knows his stuff--he's made for this line of work. I have never been so happy with another cat sitter and I have used quite a few. Do yourself a favor, give Uncle Joe's Pet Care a try!

Uncle Joe recently cared for my 2 cats while I was away. The meet and greet was very thorough - it was clear that Joe wanted my cats to be safe and comfortable while I was away. Joe sent some great updates, including how my 17 year old cat was getting into playtime along with his brother. Joe really loves pets and it shows. Contact him, he's super attentive and I highly recommend him to care for your little buddies!

I felt very comfortable having Joe in my home, caring for my cat. He took lots of notes on everything I shared with him, he asked questions about the kitty, and even took her picture for the file. It was great, and very personal!

Joe has our highest recommendation. We have three cats who are our kids, so their needs come first. Finding someone whom the cats and we trusted was most important. Joe came in and approached the kids calmly and let them sniff his backpack. They didn't run and hide, but quickly were at ease with him. He was thorough in asking about the cats daily routine, their individual needs and what they enjoyed most. He covered all the bases. He was considerate to our own needs including every other day e-mails and photos of the kids playing. Our cats are very attached to us and had never been away from us for two weeks. They were fine and happy under Joe's care, as were we.

Standard Cat Sitting Care Plan $28: (Please visit our website for more details) Daily 30 minute visit for 1 - 3 cats in the same household. Uncle Joe's Pet Care is budget friendly. If you are a frequent traveler, or lead a busy life style, we offer discounted Prepaid Service Packages. Uncle Joe's Pet Care also offers 45 minute, 1 Hour and Overnight sitting services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are a new client, Uncle Joe's Pet Care will schedule a quick phone interview to assure that our services meet your pet care needs and expectations. Prior to delivering any cat sitting services, we will arrange for a complimentary "Meet and Greet" session in your home, so we can get to know each other, and begin the important bonding process with your cat (s). During your initial "meet and greet" with an Uncle Joe's Pet Care specialist, we will work with you to customize a Care Plan for your special kitty (s). As a pet parent, you will come away from this meeting with peace of mind knowing that your cats' special needs are clearly understood and will be met while you are away from home.
