Very professional, excellent work out. Had assessment call to cover any issues/injuries, then Jackie matched me up with Ryan - he was prompt, super friendly, and attentive. Ryan made sure my knee (injury) wasn't stressed by the exercises while still pushing me and ensuring a challenging work out. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?In-home single training sessions are $124 per hour. We also offer 5, 10, and 20 session packages that are more cost effective. In-home duo training sessions are $184 per hour. We also offer 5, 10, and 20 session packages that are more cost effective. Your workouts are tailored to your posture, goals, and contraindications. Our trainers program specifically for your individual needs. When two people are training at the same time, your trainer is not conducting a generic workout, but rather programs a different layout for each individual. Therefore, our duo session prices differ from individual private sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first step is to set up a free 30 minute consultation to discuss your fitness goals and medical history. The second step is your initial training session. That's it. Simple.
