Introduction: I’m Desiree, or Dez for short. I’m a makeup artist, and recently moved to LA from San Francisco. It’s been awhile since I used Thumbtack, but am excited to be back now that I’m in a new city!
I truly love all things beauty! Makeup is my passion, and I love making my clients feel and look their best. I have been doing makeup for 10 years, including working for brands such as Benefit Cosmetics, Nars, and Charlotte Tilbury. I have been doing hair styling for 5 years, and focus on creating styles that compliment your whole look head to toe. I especially love doing glam hollywood waves, and more boho lived-in styles.
Other than weddings, I also offer one-on-one private makeup lessons, as well as group lessons (which are so fun for a birthday or special occasion!). I also have worked on film productions and commercials, so I am always prepared to have my clients look camera- ready.
