FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work anywhere from $30-$50/hr. All depends on the job's complexity and budget of the client. Most jobs I have completed in under 10 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to immediately make clear who the target audience is of the content that needs to be made. Whether you know it or don't, demographics and psychographics are crucial to think about before even the smallest aspects of the video are decided. It's easy to make a video "look cool," but actually connecting to an audience mentally and emotionally is a whole other challenge that needs careful consideration. After that, it depends all on the customer's current needs. Whether they're stuck in pre-production or on their way out of post, my services can help smooth out the process in one manner or another, using tried and true filmmaking methods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been fortunate enough to have been mentored by many content creating professionals in video production houses and through my education. I've had two years of Film School with Santa Fe University of Art and Design, taking everything from producing to editing with a specialization in post-production.
