- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently graduated with a Master's Degree in Museum Studies. I focused on collections and project management. I am very passionate about organizing and planning objects, projects, events, etc. I am also the Office Manager at an optician's office, so I work hard daily to plan and execute organizational systems to create a seamless ordering process for our patients. I have created many lifelong patients by eliminating errors with orders and ensuring our patients receive the utmost quality and customer service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I feel like I was born to organize. It is where I feel the most confident, the most comfortable, and it's where I do my best work. Creating order eliminates any stress I may be having and brings me peace of mind. I also strive to make people happy. So I work hard to make sure everyone leaves in a better mood than when I first saw them. I incorporate this mindset in planning events and work to create stress-free and unforgettable events.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of customers, from doctors, to techies, to single moms. I love meeting new people and working with people of all kinds.
