Dan helped me throw a surprise party. Not only did he make delicious food, but also had everything ready to go for guests before I even arrived with the guest of honor. He also accommodated dietary restrictions, left the kitchen super clean and even packed up the few leftovers for our refrigerator. We ate the Vietnam-inspired menu. I hired Chef Dan for a corporate team dinner for 28 colleagues at a private venue in San Francisco. Dan is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is friendly, responsive, thoughtful, creative and detail oriented.
