Whenever we hear the word 'personal trainer', we imagine something difficult to deal with, but he is the opposite. Marcos trained us -a small group of 4-5 people for the past 2 months. He has a wholesome approach to strength training and doesn't believe in quick fixes. He helped us build core stability and made the training interesting by not following a set pattern. I would recommend him to anybody who is starting out as he has a calm style of teaching. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2014. I also have education on strength training and eating a plant based diet.
