About this pro
Very prompt at responding and getting the work done.May 10, 2018Verified
Harvey met with to check how my roof might hold up in heavy rains. He advised me to re-coat the roof and gave me a great bid on the spot. Harvey completely cleaned the roof and added a GACO layer that makes it look brand new. Great work for the a great price and all of the work was done in a reasonable time frame. I plan on using Harvey for all my roof work moving forward.Feb 7, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?1) No as a professional roofer I cannot determine pricing until I have seen the in roof in person. 2) After seeing the roof I then figuring out the best way to resolves the roofing issues. 3) Then I can sit down with the customer & decide what's is the best course of action taken to resolve the roofing issues & problems. 4) Then based on that conversion with the customer I can figure out, determine, the exact estimate and cost for the roofing project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1). I get a written iMessage from the customer. 2). I respond by thumbtack, phone call, text, or email. 3). I immediately set up a time to meet in person & at the customers property the same day if possible, or at the customers convenience. 4) I look at the roof to determined the issues and problems. I will take pictures. 5) I sit down with the customer and explain to them the best course of action to take to resolve the roofing problems & issues at hand. 6) I write up and estimate/contract what the exact cost of the project would cost be to completed properly. I give them references. 7) Customer agrees to the contract we sign, set a date to start the workmanship. It's a very simple process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a hands on roofer since I was 15yrs old. I grow up in the Northeast, where Ive dealt with many snow storms, & where water continually sits upon roofs for months & months at a time. Ive had hands on training & learning from manufacture representatives. I've been taught how to apply manufacture specifications for all types roofing systems since I was 16. All my training and education comes from hands on working with some of the best roofers & roofing manufacturers in the world.
