- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Plans are based on customer acquisitions, we base our pricing on exactly what you need so that you are never paying for unnecessary services that are irrelevant to your project goals. We also help with deciding on what you actually need, in case you are brand new to the online world.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I always give an outline and full specifics on the trajectory of a project. Never leaving the customer in the dark and always keeping them in the loop. Being transparent with a client is huge, because it allows 100% honestly and truthful feedback on how well our services are effecting their business. I never want a customer to feel like they are locked into a plan that they are personally not comfortable with!
