About this pro
I've been practicing for over 10 years. I focus on stored emotional, and physical trauma in the body. I have a great understanding for the anatomy of the body, and am an excellent source to work on acute, or chronic pain (of course depending on your ailment. I incorporate Chinese, Ayurvedic, and herbal medicine into my practice. My work (although can be light if requested) is very deep, and integrative. I work with the deeper fascia of the body, and help to create postural alignment through aiding, the body to find homeostasis Clients who try me once always come back! I know a lot about healing, and helping the body reach it's maximum emotionally, mentally, and physically. I love to help people reach their goals in these ways. I spend much of my spare time doing continued studies, and practicing to refine my art. I'm open hearted, and honor you, and the work we do together. I love going deep on all levels with my clients. I always reserve 15 minutes after our appointment to process the work we've done together on the table (no extra charge) because I genuinely care.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$190/90 minutes $230/2 hours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start by doing a quick interview with the person I'm working with. I like to ask questions that help me to understand any pain in the body, and where (if unknown) it could be stemming from. I of course ask about any past injuries/surgeries, and inquire around spots in the body that need the most focus. For clients who are interested in the more emotional, and trauma related work, I ask some questions around what they're working with, and how they'd like to move through their experience. Once on the table, I address the entire body, and work for a minimum of 90 minutes, I work with my clients to teach them how to breath into their bodies, and become more embodied in their awareness. Afterwards, I allow time to process anything that happened during the session, and offer stretches, tricks, herbs, or anything else that I think might be useful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 1200 hours (and counting) of training in massage, and bodywork. Focus in deep tissue, structural integration (Rolfing), myofascial release, visceral manipulation, Rosen Method, and Transformational Bodywork TM.
