Super easy and fast! They reached out to me quickly and I set up an appointment online (many availabilities). Showed up, dropped off my phone, and came to pick it up 30 minutes later. In case anyone is wondering, they use OEM screens (high quality). Thank you!

I dropped my iPhone 6 and cracked it 3 months after I got it. I don't remember the specifics, but Apple would't fix it as I got it for a discounted price through the company I worked for. A friend recommended iPlayNtalk since he had a positive experience. It also had good reviews on yelp, so I went for it.
My experience was painless. I dropped the phone at the location and walked in to H&M to browse while waiting. Less than 30 minutes later I was back and my phone was ready like new. I also got a new screen protector there. It's been about 2 years and I never had issues with my phone since.
