Seamus is great! He has done several project for me inside and outside my building. One repair basically saved my sanity (not kidding).
He shows up when he says he will, his communication is open and clear, his prices are fair, and his work is tops! The only downfall is that he does get busy so contact him as soon as you can so you can get in his schedule.
