I lived with chronic shoulder pain for 15 years. I tried EVERYTHING! Physical therapy, massage, different styles of chiropractic, acupuncture. The list goes on. All of those techniques helped, but nothing got to the root of the problem. I would hit a plateau, they would stop care and it would come back a few months later. Then I found Connection Chiropractic. They use a very gentle technique that doesn't feel scary at all like some other kinds of adjustments. I saw results instantly! I just felt stronger and more connected to my body. The pain started reducing pretty quickly and now a year into my care here (and only getting adjusted once a month at this point) my left shoulder feels like my right shoulder!!! I didn't even know that was possible! The best part was starting to notice the other benefits I was receiving as well. I sleep better, I have more energy and I just don't react to stressful situations the same way. I feel much more even-keeled. Thank you Connection Chiropractic! I didn't know I could feel this great.
