Rachael made our wedding ceremony the memorable, perfect event that it was. She has a calming presence, she is extremely organized and brings with her all of the tools, resources and experience even the most unusual ceremony could want. She co-officiated with an officiant we had hired remotely online to perform some Jewish songs, prayers and traditions, and Rachael was a courteous, amiable, respectful and highly productive collaborator. We decided to have our tiny COVID wedding only 2 weeks before the wedding date, and we were a little nervous that nailing down the details of the ceremony would feel overwhelming. Rachael really made us feel supported and encouraged throughout the entire process, and made the planning phases so much easier than we expected. Even the co-officiant at one point exclaimed "I've never planned a ceremony with so much thought and intention this quickly and efficiently before!" It was all Rachael. Due to the social distancing nature of the event, and the fact that we had family zooming in, it seemed all but guaranteed that we would have to pay special attention to every move we made during the ceremony so as not to accidentally step too close to the photographer or move out of view of the videographer (and the zoom guests). We also decided it would be best to have the ceremony flow through 3 different spaces of the yard, to facilitate social distancing for different traditions. It looked like it was going to be distracting and difficult to feel in the moment while also paying attention to all of these details. Rachael, however, took care of everything, and gently led everyone through every moment so that we could pay full attention to each other and our commitments. We can't say enough positive things about Rachael, we highly recommend her to everyone.

My first contact with Rachael was so easy and light hearted, instantly i knew she was the right fit for us. Her personality shone through on the phone and through her text messages, and she was so knowledgeable about making everything run smoothly. We chose the ready-made ceremony as we were eloping, and I sent her some ideas of what i wanted, and she tailored it to fit our ceremony on the beach. My now husband literally was in shock of how easy it was and how comfortable we were with her. I cannot thank you enough for marrying us!

Rachael worked with me and my fiance to create our wedding ceremony, which also included a love story about our relationship, and our vows. (We chose the combination DIY-with-consulting-package.) She was very easy to talk to and collaborate with, and provided us with a lot of thoughtful questions and resources so we could come up with ideas and write. She gave us useful feedback and suggestions that made our writing better. The ceremony Rachael designed was beautiful, meaningful, and thoughtful. Many of the guests I spoke to told me that they enjoyed the way she officiated the ceremony and her warm presence. Overall, she worked really hard and did an excellent job. Rachael, thank you so much for making the most important part of our wedding day as special and memorable as it could be.

Absolutely everything about working with Rachael was perfect. We wanted a mix of some traditional elements and some unconventional ones, and she helped us craft exactly what we wanted—and rolled with some last-minute changes like the pro she is. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and everyone.

We offer 4 great packages starting at $508.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a free, no obligation consultation to learn more about a couple; their desires, the ceremony, and their love story. Then, if there is agreement to move forward into a contact, I will calendar our future consultations. At the first consultation, your officiant will prepare the foundational building blocks of the ceremony, by providing 2 - 3 options that I believe might fit the couple. Each subsequent consultation builds on this foundation and we build the ceremony.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all ordained ministers.
