- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Q: What if I'm not sure what I want? A: If you don't quite know what you want yet, I've got a handy simple questionnaire to help you visualize or give words to what you seek...visual and written communication is my forte! Q: Do you offer discounts? A: Yes, I offer discounts for nonprofits. I also offer discounts in logo and branding packages. Ask me for details! Q: Do you work hourly? A: Yes, I will work hourly for small projects. Any other questions? Please ask - I'm happy to explain more about my various packages and what's included in each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether we meet in person or work over the phone/email, I offer a simple intake form to streamline the process and ensure that I understand your business and goals. After we have agreed upon the desired outcome, I get started on the initial prototypes of the design. Then, depending on the project and price package, clients will receive varying rounds of revisions. I'm not satisfied until you are! What you get: You will receive professional files for print and web use and a fabulous business investment that boosts your company's image to the world for years to come!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my BA at UC Berkeley in Studio Art and Medical Ethnobotany. I am currently working towards my MFA in Graphic Design and Visual Experience. I hope to apply my visual and communication skills to help create a healthier society.
