- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nope. It all depends on what the customer needs. Here are things that impact pricing: 1. Do you need a direct mail list? 2. Do you want to send 4x6, 6x9, or 6x11 postcards? 3. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know your goals. Who are you targeting? Where did you get your list? What do you hope to accomplish. Before I ever start with a customer I want to understand what they are looking for so I know if we're a match.
