Working with Patricia is a dream. I’m new to any kind of voice lesson practice and I immediately felt comfortable and productive from the first minute. Patricia is so well informed and easy to work with, I can feel myself improve with each lesson. I look forward to every class I have scheduled with her because I know I’m getting closer to my goals! It’s so nice to work with someone who is productive and talented!Apr 22, 2018Verified
Patricia is an amazing voice teacher. She's got legit training and knows her stuff in and out. She has a knack for explaining things clearly. She's also patient, kind, and friendly. I always look forward to my weekly lessons with her - it's always a highly of my week!Sep 28, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Lesson prices: 30 minute/ $50 45 minutes/$75 Hour/$100 Hour lessons are best for adults and young adults, but if time or funds don't allow we can make a shorter lesson time work. Partial scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis to students in need. Please let me know if you feel you fall into this category and we can discuss financial options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?**Lessons take place at my home studio in Noe Valley** My voice lessons are divided into two parts. The first half is devoted to learning about vocal technique and practicing vocal exercises to improve the voice. The second half is the application of that technique to repertoire--repertoire that I suggest to help improve the voice as well as passion pieces for the student, or pieces they are preparing for a performance or audition. For first voice lessons, I like to get a feel for your goals and how advanced you are, vocally and musically. I will lead you through a few exercises to help me better understand where you are, talk about vocal technique and what to expect going forward with lessons together. This is a great time to tell me about your hopes and dreams regarding singing or ask any questions about the process.
