Introduction: My name is Jacqui and I'm a highly motived and passionate graphic designer, photographer and woodworker. I have 6 years graphic design experience and a degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications from UC Davis.
About a year ago I discovered the world of laser cutters and I also started working in the wood shop. With an adept designer's eye and an insatiable curiosity for all things handmade, I've become a hybrid designer/maker. I design and create a variety of custom pieces that range from from laser cut business cards to hand-painted/crafted wooden signs. My goal is to create perfect custom pieces that will accentuate a client's brand and flaunt their company's style.

Jacqui definitely knows her stuff! She shot the photos and created the website for the company I worked for. While she 100% delivers on the layout and usability, her aesthetic and creative eye is what stands out. Talk about a creative genius! She worked with our ideas (gently nudging us in the right direction) and transformed them into a beautiful and cohesive website, executed brilliantly. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Furthermore, my husband and I actually ended up hiring Jacqui to do our engagement and pregnancy photos. They turned out amazing! She has a sixth sense about lighting and even recommended one of the locations for the photo shoot.
If you get a chance to work with Jacqui, you will not regret it. Not only are her rates competitive and fair, she works tirelessly and enthusiastically until the project is finished to standards which were higher than ours!

We initially hired Jacqui to make some brochures and fliers for our application expecting a one time gig. After falling in love with her work, we asked her to design our entire website. Months later we continue to get compliments on Jacqui's work from our customers and investors. We now consider Jacqui to be part of the team, and continue to regularly turn to her for work. She has amazing intuition- many times our ideas aren't finalized and she leads us to an amazing product. Throughout the process she is patient, offering multiple iterations, incorporating feedback and checking in. I've worked with multiple contractors and Jacqui is among the kindest and most professional. I continue to recommend Jacqui without hesitation.
