- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is the base pricing and if more work is evolved our hourly pricing is $175 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak on the phone or by e-mail to see if we can help you. We receive your information by e-mail, Fax, or snail mail. If we need any more information we contact you by e-mail. We e-mail and discuss a preliminary return and plan for completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Business Administration and I am an Enrolled Agent certified by the Internal Revenue Service. I was the Controller for Candlestick Park for the San Francisco Giants and San Francisco Forty Niners.
