Kid & Pet safe. Our No Sanding Process means there is no mess and you can stay in your home. Most jobs completed in one day and you can walk on the floor before we leave. Approved for use in Pediatric Hospitals. Please post photos here or to my cell We also provide Free In-Home Estimates. The perfect candidate for the Sandless process is a floor that is looking dull and needs to be brought back to life. All Mr. Sandless offices are independently owned & operated. We Do Not Sand so it is important to determine if your floor is a good candidate for a No-Sanding process. Pictures help a great deal. If a floor has damage or is painted, it is not a good candidate for a Sandless process. Also, we can color a floor to make it slightly darker. If you are looking for a complete color change or to make it lighter, the Mr Sandless process is not recommended.

I highly recommend Joe - he was responsive, professional, and overall great to work with. We are very happy with the way our floors turned out. If you don’t have major physical damage and don’t want to change the color of the wood, consider the sandless precess - it’s faster, cleaner, and cheaper and the result looks great.

Joe was excellent. He was able to restore wood floors that had been spray painted by careless remodelers who didn’t care to protect them as they covered it up with carpeting. He was also highly responsive whenever I needed to reach him by phone or text which I needed to do as the project was ever evolving as new areas of hardwood floors was discovered under that tired carpet. Always appreciated. I’d highly recommend him. Thanks Joe for bringing the beauty in the wood back to life.

San Francisco Floor Refinishing did a great job on our floors. They are very professional, punctual and responsive. They were quick to respond to all our messages. Great value for the work done. If your floors are scratched or have stains this is probably not the process for you, unless you feel the same as we do, it gives the floors character. They stayed until the job was completed even though it was late in the evening. They did a walk through to make sure we were completely satisfied. I was very impressed by the hard work and dedication. We were going to have our floors sanded and refinished but decided we did not want to deal with the dust and really didn't have it in our budget. This was a great alternative and would recommend to anybody that does not expect perfection. I am happy we choice this process!

If you combine our services (Floors, Cabinets, Tile), I can give a discount for a Bulk package.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's best to send photos of the floor with close-ups of any problems areas so I can see what we have in front of us. If a floor has damage (deep scratches, gouges, cuts, etc), it is likely not a good candidate for a Sandless process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Mr Sandless Corporate Training program and then spent time working with an established franchisee to get even more experience. The Mr Sandless process is a thorough and effective way to refinish floors and the comprehensive training prepared me in all its methods.
