Dermot did an exceptionally good job of replacing a set of stairs that were not well suited to a tricky site. His stairs were a vast improvement over the originals. The cost was less than I expected, and the quality was top notch. The work site was left neat at the end of each day, and the work was completed to the schedule proposed. He saw ways to improve on the design and built stairs that are even better than I had envisioned.

Really enjoyed working with Dermot Chawke. He did all of the finish carpentry on a remodel of the first floor of our home. He installed doors, hardware, baseboards, other trim pieces, and shelves; rebuilt an interior staircase; and custom built shelves and cabinets for an area under the stairs. He was easy to communicate with, always showed up when he said he would, had great ideas to maximize storage space, and did great quality work. Would be happy to use him again in the future.
