- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My programs are simple and subscription-based, paid monthly. Prices vary depending on the number of times you want to train per week. Each program includes: - One-on-one performance training with me - Homework schedule for your off-days - Open line of communication whenever you need it Our sessions will be empowering and playful so that when you leave, you can own your day. Plus, you will get discounts on health coaching and group class events. Please message me so we can work on the program that is right for you and your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I meet every single new client for a complimentary in-person consultation! During this half-hour session, we will discuss your expectations and goals in establishing a relationship with a personal trainer and I will share with you what I envision for your training as well as answer any questions you have about my programs. Following the consultation, we will schedule your fitness assessment. During this 2-hour assessment, I will become thoroughly acquainted with your fitness goals and evaluate your body's current movement patterns. We will perform a deep dive into your lifestyle and eating habits, a postural assessment, a strength and range of motion evaluation, and a functional movement screening. Think of it as an athlete's physical, without the boring stuff! Once I have the full picture of your past and present, we are ready to build on the future! I create your own customized plan and we get you started! I incorporate all my different backgrounds into the program so you see results and get stronger.
