- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My programs are simple and subscription-based, paid monthly. Prices vary depending on the number of times you want to train per week. Each program includes: - One-on-one performance training with me - Homework schedule for your off-days - Open line of communication whenever you need it Our sessions will be empowering and playful so that when you leave, you can own your day. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I meet every single new client for a complimentary in-person consultation! During this half-hour session, we will discuss your expectations and goals in establishing a relationship with a personal trainer and I will share with you what I envision for your training as well as answer any questions you have about my programs. Following the consultation, we will schedule your fitness assessment. During this 2-hour assessment, I will become thoroughly acquainted with your fitness goals and evaluate your body's current movement patterns. We will perform a deep dive into your lifestyle and eating habits, a postural assessment, a strength and range of motion evaluation, and a functional movement screening. Think of it as an athlete's physical, without the boring stuff! Once I have the full picture of your past and present, we are ready to build on the future! I create your own customized plan and we get you started! I incorporate all my different backgrounds into the program so you see results and get stronger.
