- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
George Jr wants to help. If cost is an issue, let it be known. Certain criteria can be met to lower cost. There is bulk rate discounts, as there is clients rewards, and referral discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figure out "What are they training for"? Performance, care, aesthetics? Knowing the person's purpose is what sets the plan of attack. My knee hurts, when I run, is a purpose. My form is off when I do deadlifts is a purpose. I can't do a pushup to get off the floor is a purpose. Weight loss is a goal, that comes from finding a purpose. Weight loss is not a purpose unless you "need" the weight loss from joint pain, to disease prevention, career choice to competition/contests; weight loss can then be a purpose, vs a goal.
