City Life Fitness is exactly what San Francisco needed. Not only do I get an amazing workout, but it helps connect me with like minded people. Plus, Nate is extremely knowledgeable and a great instructor.

Nate finds ways to get a non-gym goer like me involved! He found ways to get workouts to be creative, outdoors and was willing to tailor his approach to help me understand what the impact was as an engineer. He also found fun ways to help incorporate aspects as I had interests in them (like acro yoga and rock climbing)

Nate is so passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. His workouts are so dynamic and he makes sure to tailor them to you. He’s so motivating, especially when you’re ready to quit. He exudes energy and how could you not feed off of that?! Nate’s the best!
