FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the pandemic and my currently being able to train online only, my normal rates and policies listed below are negotiable. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions! When it is eventually safe to train in person again, my base rates are $100 per one-hour solo session and $125 per one-hour partner session. No discounts or package deals. If transportation fees are required, they will be added to the rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first meeting with each client is mainly to discuss your needs and goals and for you to get a feel for working with me. If you choose to continue, I will design a program based on everything we have discussed. My sessions incorporate resistance training (both weights and body weight), core work, and some cardio, though I often assign cardio as homework with specific parameters. I'll guide you through proper form and breathing to maximize your safety and results. We will also discuss the role nutrition plays in any fitness plan, but since I am not a licensed dietitian, I cannot legally prescribe a diet plan, etc. However, I have a nutrition certification and am happy to give basic pointers and to talk about this very important component. Always feel free to ask questions or give feedback!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) 2. NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) 3. NASM FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist) 4. CPR/AED
