Eloy was very professional and extremely responsive in his communication, outlining what he can focus on and providing a very reasonable quote based on the size and scale that I shared with him about my move-out cleaning requirement. Overall, his work quality was excellent. Bathrooms, sinks, tubs, cabinets, and floors were all meticulously cleaned. He even helped take out about 10+ bags of trash given the messy status the house was in prior to the cleaning. Additionally, he was very forthcoming, mentioning that there was stains and minor mold that wouldn't be able to be cleaned. Instead, he offered to re-grout the tub/tile areas to help make it look new. He gave me timely updates on his progress throughout the hours he was onsite and roughly 45 min prior to completion, he also messaged me so that I had enough time to come over and do a final examination of the outcome. Overall, super satisfied with his work and would recommend anyone who's looking to get their house ready for a new rental.
