• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Unless you come to me with a specific ask (eg. Presentation design) for which I'll invoice by the hour, broader Marketing jobs will be invoiced as packages. I'll apply my method, acquired through 8+ years of marketing experience at Google and Facebook, which implies multiple sessions with you - over video calls or in-person based on location. We start with a marketing kick-starter which gives you an overview of what we're able to do together for your business. If you're interested in getting more, I can develop this further into a full marketing strategy report and more, based on your specific needs. The only thing I won't do is design other than presentations, because you'll find much more talented designers on this platform (but I'm happy to do coordination for seamless results, paid hourly).

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  My method, acquired through 8+ years of marketing experience at Google and Facebook, implies multiple sessions with you - over video calls or in-person based on location. First, I'll ask you questions to make sure I fully understand your business - think of a medical consultation. I'll come back to you with personalized Marketing document. That's the marketing kick-starter: a clear, unique marketing positioning, that touches every aspect of your business. It can be added to business plans or investors presentations for example. If you're interested in getting more, I can develop this further into a full marketing strategy report, based on your specific needs (customer segmentation, digital strategy, branding, copywriting etc).

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have an MBA from the Sorbonne Business School in France, and a master in Marketing in Communications from Sciences Po Paris. I also have an executive MBA certificate in Marketing from Wharton/Upenn, and a certificate in Design Thinking from IDEO.
