ABOUT ME:
I am an intelligent and creative NASM certified personal trainer with over seven years' experience in the fitness industry. I have particular expertise in strength and functional training, body fat reduction, core strength, balance, and flexibility.
Prior to becoming an independent trainer, I was a Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. I am also a former professional contemporary dancer. I am always eager to share my knowledge and skills to help my clients not only transform their body composition, but also to enjoy greater freedom of movement and an improved fitness level.
I take immense pride in my clients’ success. I am dedicated to helping them reach their goals and develop habits that lead to long-term improvements in their health and fitness.
My personal experience with weight loss and regaining a high level of fitness has shown me that consistency truly is key to seeing results. It also has enhanced my ability to empathize with and guide my clients, helping them stay on track during a seemingly daunting journey.
