Was looking for a flat rate, which I never received.Mar 13, 2018Verified
CPR communicated well before the project and arrived promptly and prepared. They were very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly! Very polite and friendly. I will definitely use them again if I have a need! I highly recommend them.Aug 31, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?First standard service call is $175 within CPR's normal service rate which includes labor, travel fee, and all research pertinent to the call. Some longer distances will incur a travel fee. Currently, most Saturday jobs are rated as the normal prevailing rate of $175.00. CPR makes a great effort to diagnose issues over the phone as to decrease the number of visits needed to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First communication is usually over the phone, gathering the initial important information (Contact info, model and serial number, etc) I need to make a first assessment, and in many cases a diagnosis (depending on the information received). I usually am able to respond to a client within 24hrs, usually less. A "game plan" is created, including a first appointment set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am Precor Certified, taking their week long class in Washington on all their current models. As for most other manufacturer models, training has been on site for over 12 years with manufacturer support.
