I hired David and his team to do a complete remodel of my town home. I'm a very picky customer and "good enough" is not good enough for me. He was able to complete the work on time, on budget and to my satisfaction. He worked with me and helped (at times at his own expense) to resolve any and all issues that are inevitably discovered during complete remodels. He is responsive, honest and professional. I would recommend David and hire him again for my next project. This is what he completed. Strip down everything down to studs. Install external wall and attic insulation. Install new drywall. Install new kitchen cabinets and granite counter top. Install new windows. Install new front door. Install new water heater. Install new furnace. Install new tub and vanity. Copper re-pipe. Install new flooring (carpet and LVT). Install new recessed lights and updated electrical up to code. Installed crown moldings in all rooms. Fixed external stucco problems. Painted everything. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There are no set pricing for our services. Every project is unique to the individual taste, budget and involvement. We like to have the initial consultation or meeting with customers, and once we determine the project scope, we are very open and transparent with our pricing. We than share it with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once the customer requests for information, we typically visit the customer at their sites for initial consultation and project review. During the review we are probing and providing information to the customer about our services and philosophy of operation. This gives us a chance to sell our services and likewise determine if customer is serious with the project to commnece.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have General Contracting Lic. B and C33 painting and decorations. Our project managers have an MBA and hold a Brokers Real Estate Lic.
