Depends on the services needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet is always first - must know we are all on the same page. Brainstorm, breakdown, and development with the customer, then head into production with 1-2 rough cuts with feedback before the final product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Science in Digital Film and Video Production, a Professional Crew Training Certification, and years of experience.
