- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I will charge a package rate and have a certain number of hours and work included in that package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start out with an emailed survey to fully understand the event specifics. From there I like to have a phone call and ensure I am a good match for the client. Depending on the type of event and services required, an in-person meeting would follow to confirm the working relationship. After that it's hard work, on my part, and always staying in tight communication with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have formal training other than years of valuable experience with community events, birthdays, Bridal showers, weddings and baby showers.
