Molding or baseboards,
Mark was professional and did a great job pressure washing my patio. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him if you need any work done!Mar 8, 2019Verified
Mark was very unprofessional with this scheduling and did sub par quality work. He kept canceling appointments with various reasons and at multiple times he simply did not show up. He did a very bad job with a simple bathroom drain replacement which rendered our bathroom useless for many weeks. In the end he mentioned that he will not fix anything unless he was paid extra in spite of receiving his full payment.Mar 3, 2018VerifiedHandyman, Painter and Pressure Washer's reply
Since you came to the USA to work and earned a lot of money for yourself and family, please understand that you have to pay for what you asked me to do extra for you. I don't drive my worked van and energy for free. I need to support my family as long as you do the same. Again, I did draining job, fixing your cracked closet door and paint your garage trim with very reasonable price. Moreover, you asked me to replace your shower drain cover as a courtesy, not part of the deal. I replaced once, then twice, which you agreed and said very good...Now you asked me to come back to replace it again. That was why I raised a flag of you using me as free handyman. As I told you from the beginning right that I just did for you a favor without additional charge, and you just paid me only reimbursement on those 2 covers. Now you blamed me that I got paid and didn't do the job completely. Please think twice and don't try to be cheap and use handyman as your free wheel...Furthermore, nothing free in this great country USA...You have to pay for what you've asked for...That's it...Please teach your kids how to handle this issue wiser in the future. Thanks for your nicest feedback with 1 Star...I'm sure whoever will hire me will see the whole picture of previous ratings....
he did a good job in fixing the door. Rates are very reasonable.Jan 28, 2019Verified
Mark helped me fix my fence. He is professional, and his work is great in quality. Moreover, his pricing is very reasonable, and he is willing to take extra miles to ensure everything works out plus paying attention to detail. I will definitely use his service again.Jan 26, 2019Verified
Mark was very responsive. He was prompt and quickly arrived at my place. I needed an urgent fix because water was leaking through our bedroom window. Mark diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. I highly recommend him.Jan 21, 2019Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$50 per hour from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM with minimum of 2 hours of work or $100. If client requests any job after 5 PM through 11:59 PM, $60 per hour with 2 hours of work or $120. Please respect traffic and after operational hours. Thanks and look forward to work and fix your house issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Asking clients what's exactly he/she wants to be done...Then I'll plan my best to lay out all work order by organizing precisely to prevent mistakes or errors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have B.S. degree in the International Business Logistics. I've been working in this field for more than 16 years. After the former employer offered me for a relocation, I turned it down to stay in the beautiful Bay Area. Therefore, I changed my career by working with my friends in general construction industry and learn enough by combining my skills, talents and experience. Therefore, I signed up with the City of San Jose, CA to be a handyman. Moreover, I can, build, fix or replace most of items in and out of your house with decent price and cost. In addition, I love tools so much to make the jobs meeting the deadline faster and easier.
