Sandie is warm with a wonderful tone in her voice. She has a very calming presence in the midst of our trying to do a million things after just moving and preparing for the wedding. She sent multiple self vow scripts and the types of service scripts we were aiming for. She made it so easy for us and she is very kind and sweet. A real pleasure for our most important day.

My family and I booked with Sandie because of the great reviews that were left here, and initially she was very attentive with helping us book our family cruise. However, that quickly changed!! She has very poor communication skills to say the least. My family and I would contact her and shouldn’t reply for days or weeks and completely ignore emails, phone calls, text messages. This is after she made it clear to us that she would be assisting us every step of the way and to contact her with any questions or concerns. Still to this day our family cruise has come and went and she still has not contacted us regarding payment issues with our cruise line that she said she would handle. Again, ignoring calls and messages. She will ignore you for weeks and then randomly respond with an excuse as to why she wasn’t available. Communication should be the bare minimum when you are assisting clients and running a business. This has been the absolute worst experience. This is no way to handle business with your clients whatsoever. I strongly do NOT recommend her services.

Sandie made our day super special! She knew everything about handfasting and is just a super kind lady! The first time we communicated we probably spoke over 40 mins on the phone. I just didn’t want to hang up because it was so much fun to talk with her! Totally recommend her!!

Sandy was fantastic! She responded quickly, helped us through the planning phase. And when things didn't quite go according to plan, was very flexible and helpful. Also, her ceremony was beautiful to boot!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard fee includes consultation before the ceremony to get to know you better and help personalize your unique celebration, travel to and from your ceremony location, a variety of choices for your service language, a keepsake marriage certificate, and recording your marriage license. Unless specified, help writing vows and attendance at the rehearsal will incur a slightly higher fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a wedding officiant you can guess that most of my customers are new. What that means is you and I will spend some time getting to know what makes your relationship special. I want to know what your vision is for your perfect ceremony. Together we can customize a ceremony that unites both your personalities, styles, and wishes as you begin your life together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church and have a passion for uniting people because I believe in Happily Ever After.
