Unfortunately, I had to choose a star hence the one star for this company. This review is for others like me who didn’t follow their instincts in the first place. I never got to use their service because no one showed for the appointment eventually. The staff claimed they got lost but never called my number for any possible assistance with locating my home. Called the number that had been texting me and no answer but text message saying the staff was on their way back to my place. Before that, the supervisor or whoever I had been liaising with tried to reschedule our appointment a second time to which I said no! I said the only way I would keep to our 2nd agreed schedule was if they promised to be there because at this point, I was ready to cancel altogether; the promise was made. I was disappointed. Most of my morning and afternoon wasted. I still haven’t been called but I am no longer expecting a call from this company. They are a waste of time. Stay away and you won’t regret it.
